ABOUT DR. MILLIE LYTLE
Transforming the Relationship Between Health, Energy, and Meaning
Eating for Meaning LLC was founded by Dr. Millie Lytle to bridge the gap between physical health and purposeful living.
Rather than masking symptoms, Dr. Millie uses a root-cause approach that combines functional medicine, nutritional epigenetics, mind-body integration, and personalized wellness strategies to uncover why patients feel exhausted, stuck, foggy, inflamed, or disconnected from themselves.
Her work is especially designed for women who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with burnout, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, emotional overwhelm, or loss of vitality.
