For years, my professional life as a birth expert—a doula, Perinatal ND, hypnosis for ChildBirth—was dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams of bringing life into the world.
Yet, my personal life was a total mess, plagued by the very problem I was an expert in: achieving alignment and peace with motherhood.
I discovered that the deep contradiction in my life couldn't be solved by more doing or learning. It could only be solved by finding and answering one single, essential question. I had fumbled around for the answers, but ultimately found that the very techniques I had been using to help women have pain-free labors could be used on myself.
This insight changed my life on a dime, leading me to develop The One-Question Solution.

5 Personalized Coaching Sessions: I will guide you one-on-one through my complete Four A’s Framework (Awareness, Acceptance, Action, Alignment) to help you identify your core contradiction and formulate your unique "One Question."
Your Solution: The ultimate goal is to help you achieve a breakthrough, find the clear answer to your question, and take the single, necessary action that leads to peace and freedom from your biggest problem.
Full Acknowledgment: You will be prominently featured (anonymously, if preferred) in the upcoming One-Question book, including a dedicated section detailing your problem, your question, and the life-changing answer you received.
