THE FULL STORY OF EATING FOR MEANING LLC

THE FULL STORY OF EATING FOR MEANING LLC

Bridging the Gap Between Your Health and Your Mission

At Eating for Meaning LLC, we believe you are not broken. You are in a transformation.

Dr. Millie Lytle founded Eating for Meaning LLC to help women understand the deeper connection between their physical health, emotional patterns, purpose, and energy. Her work bridges clinical naturopathic medicine, functional nutrition, nutritional epigenetics, and deep mind-body alignment.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Dr. Millie helps patients uncover the biological and emotional patterns that keep them feeling depleted, foggy, inflamed, hormonally imbalanced, or disconnected from their own vitality.

She is wearing a brown blazer over a lime green shirt and is looking toward the camera while holding a white document. To her right is an open laptop displaying what appears to be her website. The background shows a living area with large windows, indoor plants, and a couch. A lime green footer at the bottom of the image includes her name and credentials, along with a circular logo for 'Dr. Millie Mind-Body-Soul Medicine'.

Recognized as the 2026 Best Health and Wellness Expert in the USA by Evergreen Awards, Dr. Millie is known for helping high-performers solve the “Burnout Paradox,” the gap between how successful they are and how well they actually feel.

She currently serves as a consultant and trainer at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, where she trains medical professionals to bridge traditional medicine with root-cause care. Her previous leadership includes serving as the former Head of Coaching at Mymee, where she led the first autoimmune digital care program to receive NBHWC approval.

Her peer-reviewed research, recognized by the Galien Foundation, demonstrated a 79% effectiveness rate in helping individuals resolve chronic symptoms.

The primary subject is a woman with brown hair, wearing a beige jacket over a pink patterned shirt, who is looking intently and gesturing with her hands towards the other person. The second woman is seen from behind, showing her blonde hair and a bright red blazer. The setting appears to be an indoor space near a window, with soft, natural lighting creating a professional yet intimate mood. The focus is sharp on the woman in beige, while the foreground and background have a slight blur.

The One-Question Solution

The Clinical Detective

We look past “normal” lab results to uncover the biological gridlock keeping you stuck.

Using the proprietary Four A’s Framework, Awareness, Acceptance, Action, and Alignment, Dr. Millie helps identify the hidden triggers behind fatigue, inflammation, hormonal stress, metabolic imbalance, digestive stagnation, and burnout.

Her work moves patients from analytical overwhelm into clear, decisive, life-changing action.

She is wearing a light beige jacket over a soft pink eyelet blouse and blue denim jeans. The background consists of a light-colored wallpapered wall with a subtle geometric pattern, flanked by two framed abstract paintings. The overall mood is approachable and relaxed, with a soft, neutral color palette of beige, cream, and denim blue.
