  2. How to get rid of negative thinking: Correction: The first podcast says it's with a hypnotist named Michael Seely. His podcast is excellent and available on YouTube but I wanted to create one especially for the program.

4. Behavior Change Exercise:

  • Decide one behavior you want to change. Each waking hour of the day by giving yourself a score out of 10. Also chart what you did you that hour eg. I want to focus on my needs - so every hour answer 2 questions and give yourself a score out of 10
  • Chart how much you acted on your needs /10.
  • What did you do act on your needs?
  • What did you do generally in that hour
