4. Behavior Change Exercise:
- Decide one behavior you want to change. Each waking hour of the day by giving yourself a score out of 10. Also chart what you did you that hour eg. I want to focus on my needs - so every hour answer 2 questions and give yourself a score out of 10
- Chart how much you acted on your needs /10.
- What did you do act on your needs?
- What did you do generally in that hour
