Why Hypnotherapy

THey say that all hypnosis is self hypnosis…

Just like all healing - is self healing. But when it comes to hypnotherapy, the relationship between the therapist and the client is extremely important. I was taught by two great hypnotherapists - Mike Mandel and Dr. Brian Weiss MD. I started hypnotizing in 2006 and found incredible success with patients for natural pain relief during childbirth.

I have since used it to help people instantly end addictions and phobias. However my favorite aspect of hypnosis is helping people build confidence, uncover past memories, heal relationship dynamics and demystify events that continue to sabotage you.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of trance that we all experience on a daily basis, while driving down a long stretch of road or rereading the same paragraph over and over. In fact, you experience the dream-like state of trance daily upon waking up and falling asleep. It is a pleasant and healing state all on its own, which compounds the instantaneous psychological and emotional benefits when done in my supportive office.

How does it work?

I lead you into a childhood regression, a past life regression, a safe space, a happy place, a current-life progression and even a future life progression. There are no guarantees as to what will happen, but this is what makes each experience unique and transformative and ultimately can quickly help you uncover the real you that has been hiding all these years.
